HOLLYWOOD CASINO APPOINTS NEW FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR
(Tunica, MS, February 6, 2004)---Don Sally is the new Food and Beverage Director at Hollywood Casino.
Sally is a graduate of the University of Nevada with a degree in hospitality. His years of hospitality experience include six years with the Hyatt Corporation in Hawaii, six years with Boyd Gaming, opening the Pearl River Resort for the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians in Philadelphia, Mississippi and most recently as Food and Beverage Director at The Grand Casino in Tunica. Sally is a resident of Memphis, Tennessee and is married with two children.
As Food and Beverage Director, Sally will oversee the daily operations for three restaurants, the employee dining facility, room-service and the Catering Department.
