(Tunica, MS, July 22, 2004)---Hollywood Casino adds excitement for table players with Four Card Poker™. Four Card Poker is a game that rewards skill, patience and nerve.
The player receives five cards to make his best four-card hand. The dealer receives six cards to make his four-card hand. The player bets on the required Ante spot to play against the dealer’s hand. The best four-card hand wins. The player always wins ties. After betting on the Ante wager and viewing the hand, a player must make a Play wager to stay in the game. The Play wager has to be equal to or up to three times the Ante. It’s the player’s four-card hand against the dealer’s four-card hand. The best hand wins! The Ante and Play bets pay even money.
The Ranking of Hands is as follows: Four of a Kind, Straight Flush, Three of a Kind, Flush, Straight, Two Pair, and Pair. The top three hands in the game – Four of a Kind, Straight Flush, and Three of a Kind – receive an automatic bonus payout on Ante bet.
To win the Aces Up bet, a player needs a pair of aces or better. The Aces Up bonus is always paid-even if the dealer has a better hand. The Aces Up bet pays as follows: Four of a Kind pays 50 to 1; Straight Flush pays 30 to 1; Three of a Kind pays 7 to 1; Flush pays 6 to 1; Straight pays 5 to 1; Two Pair pays 2 to 1; and Pair of Aces pays 1 to 1.
There is a basic strategy players should use when playing Four Card Poker - When dealt a pair of 2’s or less, a player should fold. When dealt a pair of 3’s to 9’s, a player should bet one time the Ante. When

dealt a pair of 10’s or better, a player should bet three times the Ante. Following this strategy means the player may fold four or five times in a row. The best strategy of the game is to be patient and wait for a good hand before making the Play bet.
